All of the nurses and nursing assistants who attended to me before and during my procedures gave me the impression of warmth, authenticity, and professional expertise. There was never a moment where I wished my husband (also a doctor) was right there to double-check everyone to make sure nothing obvious was messed up. This is the first time I can say that about a medical office or medical procedure. As wonderful as doctor Capizzi is, it is essential that the nurses and anesthetic staff give the impression that they know exactly what is happening and have the skills and experience to get me to surgery and do their job so he can focus on his. In particular, there is one nurse who also works in the NICU. I don’t remember her name but she really impressed me. Her NICU experience made a huge impact on my husband as well. He felt like I was being left in the best hands because Dr. Capizzi has such a capable nursing staff in addition to all of his own credentials and experience. This particular nurse even tried to help me French braid my hair to look a little better before my husband saw me immediately after surgery?. What a gal! Great experience all around.
From my first inquiry all the way through my post op appointment (today) Dr. Capizzi and his staff were extremely personal and helpful every step of the way. They made themselves available for any questions I had and were very thorough in their answers so that I was completely confident in my decision for cosmetic surgery. I’ve had the BEST experience with Dr. Capizzi and his entire staff from day one. Everyone there is so kind and caring, and you can tell they all truly love what they do. Marty and Julie have been fantastic every step of the way, answering all of my questions and concerns very quickly! They take all the worry out of the process and make everything easy and comfortable. Dr. Capizzi has been awesome! After doing lots of research and having several consultations elsewhere, I knew he was “the one” right away. After two vaginal deliveries I was very excited and somewhat anxious about vaginal rejuvenation. I began with the Core Intima in December, 2016. I was extremely dissatisfied with the downtime (7 days!) and the effects were very short lived. I had my first Diva treatment 1/29/18. Capizzi MD answered all of my questions and the procedure was actually very quick and best of all painless! I chose the Diva treatment based on the minimal downtime (48 hours!) and can’t wait for my next treatment!
